FAITH [Poem]

If we honest, man

this faith thing

could make you

crazy,

daily efforts

for a finish line ahead

you can’t see

perseverance is a must

can’t rush

or be hasty

even though the road

ahead

ain’t clear enough

like HD

just gotta take your time,

like brushes

when you wavy

and,

sometimes?

it’ll have you feeling blue,

not navy

but maybe

the road, it be slow

& even rainy

to put you in

better position for success

like Brady

just trust that God’s

forever got ya back

like a safety

even when

your own potatoes

get mashed,

it’s still gravy

I’m knowing that it’s hard

to feel like God,

ain't flaking

but that’s why

it is called FAITH,

not trust,

tho it’s the same, B…

the difference is you TRUST,

in a man

or a lady,

but FAITH?

when it’s solidified?

The Man moves greatly

so though

you can’t see,

start already celebrating

tho you,

ain’t guaranteed

to find wine

in your house

like Amy

He gon' stabilize you

when you feeling shaky

& give you taste

when 💩

ain’t sweet,

just like a pastry

just make sure you stay

gracious on the basis,

daily,

Then MAYBE

when it’s all over,

you’ll see

why you had to wait, G
