The Trinity explained [Poem]

The Trinity, explained

The Father, Spirit, and The Son

a crazy fact in itself, that they're three

but really One

I ponder on it deeply,

both poetically, and for fun

but prior ignorance to it made me

became what I’ve become

God the Father,

He’s the Creator of life itself

the one that, in His hands,

clenches the keys of life & death

& though we’ve lost our way,

He reorders bout all our steps

& knows just what the future holds

& shows us right so,

don’t get left

but

rewind back to the garden

where the sun had shone so warm

where God & man had thrived

& yes, perfection was the norm,

Adam’s choice

would overtake humanity by storm

in which you see

it’s best to be [a] man,

rather

than to conform

sin would ultimately

put humanity in danger

man’s mortality arose

when

separated from [their] Creator

that’s why in the beginning,

the three presences were major,

[He] probably knew we would mess up

but had a back up plan for later?

proving that, amongst all His children,

surely, there’s no favor

to snatch back what was His,

He sent The Son down in a manger,

sacrificed a blameless life

to counter sin’s disclaimer,

we were lost

until He hung up on that cross

just like a hanger

if you get the picture now,

you’ll find a love so rich

“the wages” was no more

because His death would form a bridge,

connecting us to Pops

even though it was us who switched

but at the very least,

a Man gon always make

way for his kids

the icing on the cake

is the third of the Trinity,

The Spirit,

who resides next door

where your decisions be

God, in all His love

won’t take back what He’s given me

& that’s “choice”

to choose the right from wrong

though I can’t see vividly

that’s..

one way to put

the enemy right out it’s misery,

live right so He’s inside me,

not just tryna visit me,

to hear “God don’t exist”

would have me like “You kidding me?”

until I learned

perfection is a blur,

but here’s the epitome

when you think of three

hmmm,

tryna provide some imagery,

the

smallest number

of a pattern/some kind of consistency,

a triangle, first shape

to draw a line of symmetry

or the number of syllables

that you find in “dignity”

so if you..

ever have an inquiry

about the Trinity,

or doubting the validity

of that whole trilogy,

In math, three is a number

with no divisibility,

but equals one

just like the colors

on the flag of Italy.
